The Organization
The distributor supplies cardiology and orthopaedic implants — stents, pacemakers, joint replacement systems — to a network of over 50 hospitals. Like most consignment-based distributors, their inventory sits physically at each hospital while ownership and billing stay with the distributor until a device is actually used. That model only works if stock movement, usage, and billing all stay in sync — and before Stocure, they didn't.
