These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Stocure platform operated by Matrix Therapeutics Private Limited(“Matrix”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using Stocure, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Stocure is a business-to-business inventory and distribution management system for hospital medical device operations. Access is provided only to authorised users assigned by your organisation.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or security policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to access unauthorised data, interfere with system security, misuse integrations, or use Stocure for unlawful purposes.

4. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Stocure, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Matrix or its licensors.

6. Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Stocure.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction.
